Dr. Pozdniakov has over 35 years of professional and educational hydrogeological experience.

Dr. Kuvaev is a dedicated international associate of EnviroLogic Inc. and has 32 years of experience in groundwater flow, heat- and mass-transport modeling, and groundwater resources estimation. Dr. Kuvaev holds the highest academic degree from Moscow State University and is currently the Chief of the Department of Hydrogeological Modeling at the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources.

He has worked for the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA), the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection, and various universities and research institutions accross Germany and Austria.
